ด่านหนึ่งที่ผู้สมัครแอร์โฮสเตสทุกคนจะต้องเจอแน่นอน คือ การสัมภาษณ์ด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งสาวๆ หลายต่อหลายรายต้องมาตกมาตายในด่านนี้ ดังนั้น เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เราเป็นหนึ่งในจำนวนนั้น ควรรีบมาทำความรู้จักกับคำศัพท์และประโยคที่ใช้บ่อยๆ ในวงการบินกันดีกว่า เริ่มจากคำศัพท์กันก่อนเลย
